Hi to all of you. I'm new here and am looking for some extra support right now. I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue many years ago and have been through many ups and downs. Over the past months I've been under extreme stress due to circumstances I can't change; one of which is grieving over some major losses. I'm not looking to circumvent the grieving process as I know it's needful but I'm experiencing a deepening of my exhaustion (with all the symptoms including an inability to handle any more stress)and am wondering if anyone has any thoughts on how to care for the adrenals when one can't change the circumstances of the bodies natural grief process?
Hope this makes sense to someone.
Some added info: I've read "Adrenal Fatigue" plus much info over the years, watch my food carefully, take supplements and receive support through therapy.
