Hi. I'd like to ask if it's mainly your face and ear area that Smells of vomit? My son's skin is oily and the pores tend to become plugged. Bacteria can then build up in these areas to cause the rancid smell. A good way to check is press or gently squeeze some of your plugged up pores to see if the extracted matter smells. As an alternative, run your fingers in the crease next to your nostrils or behind your ears and smell your fingers. If they smell rancid I would suggest either you take time to clean your face and ears and don't forget to wash your hair too. If possible stay in the shower at least ten minutes to let steam soften your skin. When you get out of the shower, squeeze your pores all over your face to remove oil plugs. When you're done wash your face ears and hands again. Dry gently then use an astringent on a cotton pad as your last step. Swan it all over the face and ears. Repeat this daily to keep skin from plugging up again. Getting a professional facial is worth it as well..just make sure your aesthetician does extractions.
