Hi everyone. I just wanted to let those with underarm BO problems know that I have been using Champex internal deodoriser capsules for about a WEEK and have noticed a drastic improvement in my underarm BO - infact, I just do not have BO anymore!!!
I take 2 capsules 3 times a day with my meals. On the second day I decided not to use any deodorant as I was going straight to town to get some 'pit fok natural crystal deodorant'. I decided to try this out because normal deodorant tends to react badly with me and seems to make me sweat more. I also think I react to the aluminium and this too makes the smell worse! I decided that even though I would sweat without any deodorant it would probably be no better or worse than me wearing deodorant and stinking anyway. I also have other smell issues so I am smelly one way or the other regardless of what I do - but thats a different story....
Anyway, I bought the Pit Rok deodorant but went without it for that day. At the end of the day I was amazed that the amount of underarm sweat for the day was alot lower than normal. I didn't feel uncomfortable and I could not smell anything at all when I undressed for bed. The next mornig when I woke up I could smell a slight whiff of BO on the underarms of the day befores tee shirt, but nothing drastic. I tried the no deodorant approach again for that day and found I got similar results - ie - no apparent BO or sweating and just minimal traces of BO on my clothes.
I am now using the pit rok deodorant and have not noticed any BO smell at all. I just DO NOT HAVE BO ANYMORE! Another thing I have noticed is that when I wake in the morning I usually feel very smelly until I have washed/bathed. That feeling has seriously gone away. I don't feel smelly. I feel cleaner!
I am using Miracle-Mineral-Supplement now too so any further results may be a result of a combination of things, but I will keep you updated.
Sorry for the long and detailed message. I find it impossible to stay brief. Hopefully someone will be helped though and that makes it worth it.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,097,636Thanks for your message. I have only been on the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for just over 3 days. Started with two drops on friday evening before bedtime, then 2 drops x2 on Sat, 3 drops x3 Sun & Mon and today I've gone up to 4 drops x3.
I am only feeling slight nausea and what I would call annoying bowels - a bit windier than usual and not very satisfying bowel movements - small, pale and squeezed out is how I would describe them! However, this may be due to a number of factors - the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , The Champex and/or my diet which has contained alot of soya lately which seems to disagree with me big time.
Anyway, I will keep plodding on and and upping the dose until it comes up against something to fight and makes me sit up and take notice! And I will post an update if and when there is anything significant to report, take care all.

What is Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ? Think i will buy the champex and mms and see how it goes. Can you get it in the UK? Also have you tried Nullo before because thats what im taking at the moment, I still smell but it definitely isnt as bad as before.

MMS is Miracle Mineral supplement. It is one of the most talked about and heavily debated topics on curezone. It took me quite a few days to get my head round it because there is a lot to take in. Check it out and see what you think. You could always wait and see how I get on if you feel apprehensive (I will post updates). I feel a teeny bit more positive as each day goes by but I am nowhere near the point where I am thinking 'this is it!' I am so scared of another let down but I will give this a really good go and start addressing other issues such as diet, water intake, sleep and relaxation etc.... I will look at Nullo, haven't done so yet. Have you looked into the benefits of Vit B2 and Zinc for reducing odour?

Also, have you read 123go's posts from 3/4 months back. He (or she) is a wealth of knowledge and is now odour free. He used Champex but also concentrated on diet and used other supplements too.
