Replace rice and potatoes with quinoa. Cut red meat out for first 6 weeks, replace with chicken and fish. Include extra 60 grams of protein a day from powders (30 in the morning and 30 in the evening). Drink a minimum of 64 oz. of water daily. Weight train 3 days a week and include a boxing routine 3 days a week. 40-50 minutes,6 days a week should be enough. After 6 weeks, gradually bring back lean red meat into your diet.

I have been exercising, thousands of sit-ups, low carbs and high protein, walking and biking. I can not get rid of a fat belly. any ideas or suggestions.
