12-13 mg is in how much 2% lugols by Iolite 14 year 1 of 1 (100%)
Ok.. 1 drop of 5% Lugols is about 6.5 mg total iodine, so 1 drop of 2% would be about 3.5 mg iodine, right? 13/3.5 = 3.71 So 3-4 drops should get ya in the ballpark.
