Sweetheart I just happened to see your post by chance. I am not an expert, but I have had an interest in psychological defects, so to speak for many years. Three things come to mind for you to investigate if you haven't already
1. Find yourself an MD psychiatrist who is a homeopath, (a tall order)
2. Investigate orthomolecular psychiatry
3. books by Peter R. Breggin, M.D might help
