Hi, I've been having this problem for awhile now off and on. Recently I've had foot pain after its been a day after I jump rope in my right foot. I don't think it's that I've been doing it wrong, it's just that sometimes my foot spasms/ cramps especially when its hot weather. As far as I can remember it might have began with when I dropped a dumb bell off my bed onto it idk maybe about 5 years ago. Also, sometimes it is my left foot and leg also, but right now the left one is totally fine, but my right one hurts alot. I'm going to quit jumping rope for now and try not to stretch my legs too extremely when i work out. What can I do so that I don't have to worry about my leg/foot hurting any more and jump rope etc. again?

I used to have the same problem, for over a year.   by Healthy.Life   15 year 0 of 1 (0%)

The reason for the cramping and pain is damage to your muscles and nerves due to the unresolved accumulation of lactic acid, which leads to stress and release of free radicals in the area and in turn, chronic pain and spasm/cramping. There now is a very easy and simple formula that can forever keep you from this kind of problem. I was introduced to doctor.nature.answers@gmail.com , When I contacted them I got very simple straight answers. Once you email them they will contact you and ask you about your health history and other health related questions and then will show you the best plan of attack to resolve your issues.
