I have been diagnosed with mild gastritis via a endoscopy. What are some good remedies that will help? My symptoms are nausea, bloating, gnawing & pain in my stomach.

Slippery elm tea, marshmallow tea would sooth the inflammed digestive tract. Georges Aloe might be of help. Also, deglycyrrhizinated licorice can help ease the inflammation. Short term use of OTC pepcid might provide relief to the gnawing pain while the teas, licorice and aloe help heal.
