I have cronic constipation. I drink castoroil 90ml. once a week which gives 10-12 watery motions. Can I increse the dosage? or Can I take castoroil daily?

the primary cause of constipation is chronic dehydration. If you will only drink at least two quarts of water a day with about 1/4tsp of natural Sea Salt then your constipation will go away without the use of caster oil.

Hi,
I would do an enima twice a week for a month. While doing that the trick is to drink LOTS of water to cleanse your body and take in enough fiber. Yuu can get Metamucil.

I had the same problem for many many years and had to depend on a laxative for help. Now I am constipation Free. HOw I did it??
I Changed my diet..to a vegetarian based. It takes time to repair this problem. Don't expect changes overnight. Changes will happen gradually if you keep up a healthy eating and lifestyle habits.
First I did a internal cleanse for one month..Then I gradully changed to a vegetarian diet, eat wholesome foods, grains, fruits vegetables and some fish. I drink 4-6 cups of water a day, And drink green tea, I cut back on the Sugar and salt and high fatty foods.
I do gentle yoga including breathing excercises 3x per week. It takes time to repair the body and get used to a different lifestyle. The results are great.

My daughter had chronic constipation and nothing would work with any consistency. Someone mentioned trying Epsom Salts in her bath. We put 1/4 to 1/2 cup, she only weighs 35 pounds so you may need more, of epson salt in the tub with her and she has been constipation free ever since (about 6 months and counting). Hope this helps.
