Take your lower lip and pull up over your upper lip, then force yourself to smile while the lower lip is over the upper lip. Hold for a couple of seconds, then repeat. Start with only 5 once daily for a couple of days, add on until you're doing 30 daily. You'll feel your cheeks lift, chin tighten, and your eyes will open wider. Also, while doing this use both hands to hold your forehead skin apart so that you're not creating more wrinkles on your forehead. Have fun!

FACIAL EXCERCISE IS SOMETHING I DONE WHEN I WAS YOUNG AND HAD NO WRINKLES BUT I WILL GO BACK TO MY TAPE FOR MY LAUGH LINES. IF YOU WANT TO DO IT PRECISELY LOG ON TO REJENUVE DOT COM AND SHE WILL TELL YOU EVERYTHING ITS EXPENSIVE BUT SHE TAKES YOU THROUGH EVERTHING IN YOUR FACE. I IMAGINE IT SHOULD WORK IF YOU ARE CONSISTANT ITS FUN AND SHE TALKS AND REPEATS EACH STEP SLOWLY SO YOU CAN UNDERSTAND.
