Hair Care: Bald or Thinning Hair   by ellieb   13 year

Yes, you can prevent baldness or thinning of hair.

However, what you need to remember is that hair cannot renew itself, thus, you need to take care of it ad nourish it. There are a lot of ways to strengthen and condition your hair.

1. Keratine hair treatment - will help restore the shine and health of your hair

2. Argan Oil for hair treatment - if you massage this oil directly onto your scalp, the roots and your scalp will be properly hydrated and protected due to the oil's moisturizing properties. Another wonderful result is dandruff-free hair.

3. Aloe Vera - has long been used to help thicken hair because the gel itself promotes hair growth. It's very simple to use as you can directly rub the aloe vera leaf (or gel) on your scalp.

Side Effects Of Common Drugs For Hair Loss Treatment   by jasonxzlim   16 year

Minoxidil : Cause a fall in blood pressure, an increase in the heart rate, and weight gain (fluid retention)

Propecia : Women who are or may potentially be pregnant must not use and the active ingredient may cause abnormalities of a male baby’s sex organs.

Personally, I think a natural approach is much more safer and effective way of re-growing lost hair compared to those unnatural ways which may involve harsh chemicals that may have side effects.
