My mother's experience

February 1989, my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer . She was 47 years old. The doctor who diagnosed her was an expert in his field, and his nickname among colleagues was  "Dr. Breast".  After all, Dr. Breast was the highest authority on cancer in the whole country.

When Dr. Breast tells you that you have breast cancer, and that you need a surgery and chemo, there is very little doubt what you should do.

And, he suggested surgical removal of the tumor and chemo.

My mother was hesitant to take his advice.  She have seen several of her younger friends die from cancer inspite og surgeries, chemos, radio therapies, medications, treatments, and long stay in the hospital:

And, there was also another big problem.  My mother was already aware that there was an alternative to surgeries and chemo.

That time I was very interested in macrobiotics diet and lifestyle. Together with my sister, I  attended all available macrobiotic courses and lectures organized in between 1987 and 1989.

When diagnosed, my mother already knew a lot about Macrobiotics.
She already read several books on Macrobiotics, and new how to cook.
She knew how to cook macrobiotic healthy dishes, how to use seaweed, miso soy paste, tamari soy sauce, shoyu soy sauce, how to make home made tofu, how to make goma-shio, how to cook without oil ...

That was the reason she was hesitant with the doctors advice.


After having consultations with several people (experts in Macrobiotics),  experts who had a lot of experience with cancer, diets, natural lifestyle, she was finally convinced that very strict Macrobiotic diet and healthy lifestyle is the right way to go.

She was ready to give it a try.  Surgery can wait. Chemo can wait.

Strict Macrobiotic diet was propagated by Michio Kushi  who gave detail guidelines in his book The  Cancer Prevention Diet.
None of the "Foods-That-Kill" listed on this page: "Foods that kill" are a part of strict macrobiotic diet.

 

Among many other foods that my mother completelt eliminated from her diet are: processed and refined foods, all coffee, all commercial drinks, chocolate, margarine, food additives, baking powder, refined sugar, refined oils, flour, refined salt (table salt) ... and also some 100%  natural foods like: honey, all kinds of  meat, al kinds of eggs, cow milk and all milk products in all shapes, alcohol, vine vinegar, and all industrial food additives.

Simply, she eliminated  all industrially processed foods and started eating only foods that she prepared in her own kitchen, 100% from scratch, using exclusively real fire for cooking, gas or wood stove, no elictric stove or microwave.

She was using exclusively stainless steel cookware.

She included in her diet 100%  unrefined sea salt, organic miso soy paste, organic tamari soy sauce, whole grains only, no flour ( whole brown rice, whole millet, whole barley, whole buckwheat, no flour whatsoever ), natural seaweed, homemade tofu, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds etc.


But, the srict diet wa only one part of the total lifestyle change that my mother have undertaken within just a few weeks.



She changed many things in her lifestyle.


No more classic tooth paste (use salty water instead), no more hair dies, no more deodorants, no more shampoos, no more hand washing with soaps, no more BH, walk whenever you can instad of using wehicles.
Expose your skin to sunlight, to get natural vitamin D3. 
Natural vitamin D3  prevents cancer.

She eliminated all cosmetic products and replaced them with natural alternatives.
She started walking and even running every day.
She started taking care of herself much more!

Already at that time there were many people who cured cancer by following Michio Kushi's ideas. Before my mother was diagnosed, I personally met more than 15 people who cured their cancer and hundreds of other who were on their  way to health.

Not everyone succeded.

The majority of doctors in our city had already heard about success that people achieved by following Macrobiotic diet. Some of the doctors have actually started recommending this diet and lifestyle changes! But that was heresy at that time.


There is not enough place on this page to explain everything what she was doing, and what kind of plasters she was applying on her breasts.  It would take a book to write it all.

 

She changed her lifestyle completely.  She started taking more care about herself.
We tried to help her as much as we could.
Me and my sister were studying in another town and have been visiting her every few weeks. We were eating the same foods and cooking with her. We were giving her also Shiatsu massage treatments, foot (reflexology) treatments, walking & running with her (she was running (jogging) for the first time after 30 years). She was never a sport person.

 

The first four months her tumor did not show any positive improvement. It was the size of a big walnut and we could touch it and feel it's size.
It was very hard at first.

She lost a lot of weight through very strict low fat diet. For the first time after 20 years, she fit in the jeans she was wearing when she was 22 years old.

Then, after four months she finally noticed that her tumor started shrinking. That was the greatest day! She was very excited. The next 2 months she was checking her tumor several times a day and was visualizing it disappear. Within those 2 months her tumor disappeared completely.

She was cured!

It took altogether 6 months to make tumor disappear. Since that time she is sharing her own knowledge and is teaching cooking and lifestyle for prevention of cancer.
 

All that was happening during the spring/summer 1989.  Since that time, I have been studying health and cancer, and I have read hundreds of other books on natural healing.

Was something that she was doing wrong?

No, I don't think so.

But, maybe, she could have cured herself even faster if she knew about other cancer fighting tricks, like raw fish, flax seed oil, juicing therapy, liver flush, etc. ...


Liver Flush

8 years after her experience with breast cancer, my mother tried Gallbladder and Liver Flush.

That was during the spring 1997.  For many months she suffered with a lot of pain in her right arm and right shoulder.  "Frozen Shoulder" was official diagnoses, "incurable".
There was also a lot of pain in her upper back.

I have tried to help her with Shiatsu massage, Yumeiho therapy, heated salt compresses, hot baths .. but whatever we tried ... it didn't help for a very long time.  Pain would usually come back within hours or days.

Than we decided to try recipe from Dr. Hulda's book," The Cure for all Diseases".

After the first liver flush, she was little better. In that cleanse she got a lot of small cholesterol stones and one about 1 cm in diameter.

It was clear that she needs to repeat the flush several times.

As she was doing her second, third, fourth and fifth flush every 2 weeks, her pain disappeared totally. It took her 12 weeks (3 months) to cure "incurable" "Frozen Shoulder".

After 5 cleanses she got rid of more than 2000 cholesterol stones, by flushing her liver and her gall bladder.


My First Experience with Liver Flush

I never had any symptom of stones in my liver and gallbladder ( I thought ).

Anyway, I decided to try it.  My first flush resulted in more stones (and larger stones) than my mother.  The biggest was ca 2 cm in diameter.

I did 6 flushes and I got rid of more than 2000 stones.  My digestion drastically improved. 
P.S.  Before flushing liver,  I thought my digestion is good. Was I wrong!
