Ms. Li is a Pancreatic Cancer 20-Year Survivor. She is a retired high school teacher, an advocate for animal welfare, a conservationist and an environmentalist. She exercises daily, adhere to a semi-vegetarian diet, likes keeping things simple, and enjoys simple day-to-day life with her family.
