Now it begins . . .

Now that I made it past Day 10, I decided to keep a daily account of what happened. I have a feeling the "best" is yet to come on this fast. I think now my body will begin the emotional, physical and mental cleanse I've been waiting for.

Day 11:
I woke up on this day after a night of evil visions. I wasn't in the mood to drink any tea or do a flush. However, I did get plenty of water, mint & detox teas, and lemonade. Didn't feel hungry. My sister arrived yesterday and picked up McDonalds before we headed home. This weekend will be a test, but I know I will get through it. We (well, I will sit at the table and have tea) are going out to eat tonight and likely tomorrow. Purchased a ten day supply of maple syrup and lemons. I have enough lemonade already made to get me through the weekend. And 1-2 days worth already made at work. So, the additional syrups and lemons will be enough to get me past Day 21.
