Morning: I decided this morning to do a liver flush. The pizza from last night didn't bother me. In fact, I woke up very hungry. I'm a little bloated, but I'm not worried to much about that. I moved my bowels this morning. I didn't take the digestive caps the night before, so I'm very happy.

I'm going to run prior to drinking my first ES drink. I'm hoping that will help get things moving. Also, I'm going to OP before my first or 2nd drink.

I had an apple at 9:30. I'm going to have plantains & pumpkin oil around 10:30, then have some steamed shrimp & avocado around 1pm. After 2, I am not allowed to eat. This will be my 2nd attempt at a flush. I sort of screwed up the 1st one (I passed alot of chaff). I think doing my 2nd flush today is perfect. My bowels are functioning properly (they weren't around the 1st flush), also they are "up to date" (i.e, moving my meals within 12-24 hours). Furthermore, my diet has been pretty good for two weeks. I think this flush will produce some good results.

Afternoon:
I started adding garlic to my meals yesterday. Also, I swallowed one whole clove. Within an hour of swallowing a clove (today), my nose became runny. Also, I had some cold symptoms. My nose does feel a lot clearer since I've blown it a few times. Its been almost two hours since my last meal. I'm not hungry.

Evening: Didn't run today. I felt horrible this afternoon. I don't know why. I took a long nap. I will get the run in tomorrow. I drank my first ES drink at 6pm, followed by some sips of distilled water. I don't feel anything. Maybe the 8pm drink will get things moving.

9:40pm - I can feel the ES cocktails working. Getting them down was a problem at all. I'm not looking forward to drinking the olive oil drink, but I know I have to do it. I did my chores and I'm ready for bed. I hope I sleep through the night.

Okay its 9:45pm, I'm logging off.
