Day one of the MC - 2 8oz later... tastes kinda good!

First, let me say I am super nervous that I won't be able to stick to this... that i will cave in!

It's about 5 PM and I've had two drinks so far. I am trying to stay motivated and informed and have a plan on how to do this!
I guess I should aim for 5-6 glasses of Lemonade but maybe today I just do 4?
Hope that doesn't screw things up.

The mixture taste good - the first batch was a bit too spicy!
I am heading out to buy some Mason Jars and Chocolate Smooth Move!

I suppose I'll buy the salt for the SWF and give that a swish tomorrow AM?
I'll probably add to this blog later tonight...
