this is my 2nd day thru the master cleanse. am doing well..need support!

ok so i started the master cleanse diet. I plan on shooting for 10 days...if i make it that far lol. i need as much support as possible! :D
it is halfway through my 2nd day. im right now downing my 3rd bottle of lemonade. i have done the swf yesterday mornign and boy that is just not pleasant.i drank the recommended amount, but did not go to the bathroom as much i thought i should have?
o well, i think i will be sticking to the herbal tea every night. i have read on the other posts about the oxy powder...i would like to try, do they sell them at any drug store? gnc maybe?
yah so i think this lemonade is grreat. i have a lot more energy and i am not hungry...well i do have cravings but then ill just have another sip of lemonade. i really wanted to start writing this blog to help me get through this.
its really hard though watching eervyone around you downing mcdonalds and candy. my roommate right now has a huge bag of candy sitting on her bed...very tempting..

okie doke im gonna keep drinking and will soon have some tea..
