I am continuing with my advances in health, and can now report that the impossible is becoming possible, through the new awareness I have towards true healthful living. I have eaten nothing but fruit for 5 days, today being the sixth, and I have much less of an appetite, eating easily one quarter the amount I did just one week ago. I have no problems with my blood sugar levels, I have not checked my BP yet, I will wait another week for that. My body is doing good, no lack of energy, tiredness or bad feelings. I noticed the companion of the last year, the bathroom scale, for the first time, this morning, so jumped on. I got off and got on again, because I am over 10 pounds down from two weeks ago. This is truly exciting, as I had about gone into despair with the weight I gained after successfully loosing it last year. (Last year, I was a slightly bulgy 38" waist, now I am a really bulging 48", but now again going down!!!) This really makes me a happy guy - at my age, loosing weight was becoming a nightmare.

Today, I started coughing up mucous - not a nice feeling in one way, but wonderful in another, and have rid myself of sufficient to fill a small dixie cup so far. This makes it easier to breathe, which is strange because I didn't know I had any problems there.

Being well into the parasite cleanse is also interesting - I feel better, but have small erruptions on my body, that I have not had since being a gawky teenage boy, many years ago. I am thinking that these are a result of the cleansing that is going on, not a symptom to be concerned about.

The aches and odd pains of the last week are finally receding, I don't have the tactile discomfort I had a couple of weeks ago, and I really do feel good.

Anyone hovering on the fringe of health care should give a fruit only diet a try - it is truly mind blowing to me that I eat nothing but fruit and manage for 5 days. I look forward to many more weeks of nothing but fruit.
