“These then are my last words to you. Be not afraid of life. Believe that life is worth living and your belief will help create the fact.”
William James quotes (American Philosopher and Psychologist, leader of the philosophical movement of Pragmatism, 1842-1910)

Sleep:5 hr(lack of sleep led to a very serious consequence today)
BM: yes, after laxative, discontinuous, smelly, relatively hard
urine: normal
skin:smooth and fair geenrally, sensitive to cold, combination of old and new skin, dry skin over my upper lip, mild itch and inflammation localised to left upper limb joint and lower limb joints, bruises mainly heeled awaiting peel, inflammed and slightly injured lower abdominal/pelvic region(irritation from lower body apparel band or toxin extrusion as my colon is my primary site of toxicity.
pulse: strong
breathing: unblocked, poor olfactory ability
tongue: yet to check
eyes: tired, a little stinging
exercise: light jogging 1/2 hr before sunrise
sunbathe: not yet

overall feeling: coping with weariness and concentration at school. a little self-conscious though I know wearing a white long-sleeve top and nude pleated long skirt with a striking mongolian belt not only covered my overall body, it was a pretty enough picture.

Incident: During my light jog, I perspired reasonably and was able to breathe deeper. I liked the feeling of my heart throbbing with each step. I took a alternating hot-water-cold-water shower, which enhanced microcirculation and helped to relieve the growing itch. Post-shower demanded a lot of rest because a light jog was a "shock" to my long-rested body. I underestimated the possible consequence of such a light exercise becuase within 15 minutes, my body was boiling. It grew worse and worse, to the point I had to request massage from my aunt and father to remove heat from acupuncture points. But without needles, the solution was ineffective. I stumbled into the car, heading for school. By now, I was excruciatingly hot and had to keep my eyes closed. In chinese it is called liver fire, a result of many factors, one of which is lack of rest, hence resulting in an overworked liver.I was crying very hard because the pain was all over. My parents were watching helplessly. I ran into the toilet to subdue myself and removed all clothing to expose my body to cool air. It helped. I prayed. I re-focused,put on my clothes and came out. There after I went to school. I am in school now and there is still some heat. It makes me very uncomfortable. I will attempt to take a nap.

Incident: I met my tutorial group mates and PBL mates. They were a humorous bunch of youngsters with abundant positive energy. They welcomed me with open arms and one word that came to my mind about their behaviours was "unpretentious".
