I have had dreams and I have had nightmares, but I have conquered my nightmares because of my dreams.(Dr Jonas Salk)

9 hrs into Day 1

4-day Constipation cleared! YAY.
Sleep 7 hrs, initially fitful because of humidity of weather and irritation of bloating
Can breathe easily!
Hope the sun will break through the haze, so I can sunbathe.
