Greed is a fat demon with a small mouth and whatever you feed it, it is never enough. (Janwillem van de Wetering) What is binging like for me? Emotional unsettlement/emptiness+weak will/momentary guile 1 Morsel of food, least unhealthy 1 "No big deal" 1 Larger serving of food, unhealthy 1 Guilt sets in 1 Large serving of food, rapid w/o breathing, the unhealthier the better 1 greed sets in, with a sense of rush 1 vicious cycle of guilt greed and unhealthy foods
