Day 19

Hello again.

So last night before bed I had another senna/gingko tea. I don't know if I'm putting to much in my teas, but I was awake for the last few hours before my alarm went off with diarrhea. It was pretty much all heavy silt kind of stuff, then at about noon I dropped this massive load of mucus. If I had been at home I would've taken a picture. So there's still no end in sight! Obviously I've been really looking into the mucusless diet for when this is done!

I think it worked out really well how I did swf's 3 or 4 days in a row, then took days off. Doing the swf's put a lot of outward pressure on my digestive tract, and softened and loosened everything up mixing with the salt. Now, my insides have been contracting with all this loose crap and it's just been ridiculous how much is in me. It's REALLY uncomfortable at times, but maybe I'm making my senna tea too strong, like I say.

I'm always hoping to see a big fat worm or something other than mucus, but so far none.

Other than that, I'm finding it extrememly hard to concentrate on work. I hate work on a good day, so for me to say this means something! I just have so many thoughts and ideas screaming for attention and working is so boring in comparison.
