Off to a late start today, but ended the day with a very productive enema!

Got off to a late start again on day five. Woke up at 8:40am.
I'm still on experiencing the 3-4 BMs a day, one in the morning, but that was it.
I got in 2 PB Shakes & 3 sets of Herbs(4 Chomper/3 Herb Nutrition)

In the evening I decided to get the ball rolling with my first enema of this cleanse. I'm no pro at the enemas, I can only do half the bag at a time, but I still got great results! Very productive, if you know what I mean. Lots of Mucoid Plaque came out. I couldn't really investigate very thoroughly since there was also just a lot of plain old poop that came out. And it did not smell pretty. So, I was just happy just to flush it down the toilet and out of my body for good!
