Day 6...It's Not Always Easy by seunim .....

It's your decision...Is it meant to be?

Greetings,

Sometimes when we set off on these journeys, it seems that the timing is right and that it was just meant to be.  Other times the journey can be quite difficult and we struggle to see our goal come to fruition.  This difficulty is not always an indication that what it is we set out to do is ill-fated.  On the contrary, difficulties and challenges during our journey can play an important part in understanding ourselves in a much clearer light.  It would be great if during a cleanse everything went according to plan and there were no bumps in the road or obstacles to overcome, as if we were being guided and supported by an unforeseen force along the way.  However, as we all know, this is rarely the case.  Regardless of weather things are going smoothly or we hit that occasional bump, both instances provide us with the opportunity for deeper self-examination and the chance to grow in more specific ways.  After all,
isn't there a unique satisfaction that comes to us when we succeed at something that has been a challenge?  At least for me that is the case.

With that said, I should point out that today I have numerous red bumps on various parts of my body.  If you are new to the Master Cleanse, don't be alarmed as this is a signal that toxins are being expelled from my body.  It generally passes in a day or two.  Frankly, I welcome these signals, as it is a visual indication that what it is I am engaged in is working and that I am on the right path to a better me.  The other thing to note today is that my sinuses are really starting to open up.  I have never suffered from allergies, but when the seasons change I tend to get stuffed up quite a bit, making it difficult to breath through my nose.  I always welcome this aspect when cleansing.  I am still expelling quite a bit of gunk from my body as a result of the smooth move and the SWF, even though I preceded this cleanse with 10 days of colon cleansing.  It just goes to show how much old debris there is in our intestines and colon, which can lead to disease and cancer.  For me, this is perhaps the most rewarding part of doing the Master Cleanse, seeing the daily results of my efforts.  I know it sounds a bit crude, but it works for me.  Happy cleansing everyone and have a great three-day weekend.

Peace and happiness

Seunim
