Greetings...

It seems as if I am starting to settle into my groove on day four.  You read so much about the struggles many individuals go through on the first three days of the cleanse, thus the high attrition rate.  In my past cleanses, I had never really had trouble with the first three days, but this cleanse was the exception.  It's been said by many Master Cleansers, that no two cleanses are alike.  I would have to emphatically agree with that assessment.  It seems that at this point I am over the hump and starting to feel that renewed energy and mental clarity that comes during a cleanse.  It is on days like this that I realize the obstacles that we face can only exert power over us if we let them.  I prefer the benefits of a healthy body and mind to a life of excess and excuses.

Last summer when I was cleansing, Zoe recommended I try body brushing.  I actually did purchase a brush and tried it once, and it has since been sitting in a drawer in my home, that is until four days ago when I decided to give it a try throughout this cleanse.  I cannot provide an opinion at this time as to its effectiveness, but I have to admit, I do enjoy the brushing.  The other thing of note, my sense of smell has gone off the scales.  I know in the past it got better as the days went on, but this time around it began on day two and has dramatically increased since then.  Some of the food odors that I am encountering really smell putrid.  Maybe it's the change in season or something.  I have also been sleeping incredible well the last few days.  I suffer from insomnia from time to time but refuse to take any type of medication for it.  However, when I am cleansing, and for several months afterwards, my sleep patterns are fairly stable.  Other than that, things are moving along quite smoothly and I look forward to a wonderful day of cleansing.

Peace and happiness

Seunim
