Greetings...

Today is already shaping up to be a much better day then the last two.  It has been a real struggle for me this time around to get off the launch pad but today I feel invigorated.  I just needed to be honest with myself and focus on my goals in order to overcome the initial challenges.  The promises I make to myself only go to illustrate that in order for me to obtain the liberated energy I seek, I must be good to my word.  I find this to be true in all aspects of my life and especially when I set my mind to cleansing and healing my body.

If you follow along, you may know that I do an altered SWF in the morning.  I am adding another feature that has made it even more bearable the last three days.  When I first get up in the morning, I brush my teeth and use  mouthwash for a good two minutes.  This leaves my mouth and breath extremely fresh.  I immediately do the modified SWF, 8 ounces water with two teaspoons of sea salt followed by 24 ounces of water as a chaser.  The super fresh mouth virtually negates the taste of the salt and it is even easier to get it down.  Hopefully others will see this and give it a try.  I read so many posts where people are not adhering to the MC protocol on a daily basis, specifically doing the SWF.  It is a very important aspect in eliminating toxins from your body.   Okay, I'll get off my soapbox about the SWF.  The day is going to be a beautiful one.  The weather of late has been spectacular in Bavaria, Germany and I have been enjoying it.  I trust all of you will have a wonderful day as well.

You can make of your life anything you wish.               Create your own life and then go out and live it.

Peace and happiness

Seunim
