Returning to familiar territory

Greetings...

Once again I find myself returning to familiar territory. I am quite surprised at the number of views I have had on this blog and hopefully, I have provided some insight for those of you experiencing the Master Cleanse for the first or perhaps second time. This will be my fourth go around, and although I am not as experienced as others in the forum, I do approach the cleanse with much zeal and dedication.

For the last 10 days, I have focused on colon cleansing. I originally was an advocate for oxypowder, and have had great success with it, but there is a better option out there at a much cheaper price, in my opinion. Here's the link if you're interested. FYI...I am in no way affiliated with this company, just passing on some useful information.

Since my first MC, I have had very regular bowel movements, generally three a day. Now that I am amping up for the current MC and doing colon cleansing, I am at 8 to 10 BM per day. Without a doubt, a properly functioning colon is one of the keys to good health. I don't know about you, but I certainly don't want food festering in my body for an extended period of time. In and out is the key.

Okay, enough about the colon, lol. I am looking at either Saturday or Sunday to begin this current cleanse. If anyone out there happens to read this and wants to jump on board with me, let me know. I know for a fact that I am going to coincide with Zoe and her cleanse, and perhaps others that I have had the pleasure of coming across. Doing this blog and actively participating on the forum helps me to stay grounded and maintain what it is I have set out to do.

Please feel free to interact with me during this journey and I will do the same from my end. I have some pretty interesting stuff from my first MC lower down on this blog, when I did lots of cleanses in anticipation of the cleanse. Some of it is pretty grafic, but it gets the point across.
