A Treasure Trove

Greetings...

I did my post-cleanse liver flush last evening using the Clark method and it yielded amazing results.  I realize that it was pretty close to my breaking my cleanse, but I just felt it was time.  I knew for a fact that my liver was congested, and after all the post-flush BMs, my conclusion was correct.  I passed a very large number of stones, perhaps as many as 200.  The truly amazing thing was the size of so many of the stones.  I would have to say that at least half were 1/4 to 1/2 inch in diameter.  There were actually a few that were even larger.  I am experiencing no ill-effects today as a result of the flush, other than the fact that I'm a little tired as my sleep last night was a bit sporadic.  I will flush again in two weeks and continue to do so for the foreseeable future.  I have to admit that liver flushing is not one of my favorite things in the world, but when it comes to gaining a greater balance in my health, there is no substitute...well maybe the master cleanse.  ;-)
