Where is all this gunk coming from?

Greetings...

Yes, I'm still cleansing and have made it 17 days.  I'm surprised and at the same time impressed with my fortitude at this point.  A couple of observations from the last few days. I continue to consume one-half teaspoon of 90,000 hu cayenne per drink and it is yielding incredible results.  I am currently eliminating more gunk from my system then when I started this cleanse.  The last two days, or should I say nights, I have not had to get up at 3 am to use the bathroom as a result of the cayenne and lax tea.  However, when I do the morning SWF, I am eliminating large amounts of old fecal matter.  I am having 8-10 BMs and every one of them contains solid gunk, and lots of it.  This simply amazes me considering I haven't eaten in over two weeks.  Anyway, I am striving to get to Friday, which will be 21 days, and then I'll decide if I have it in me to press on and do 30 days.  Regardless, what I have accomplished up to this point is an outstanding success and I truly have started the new year off on the right foot.
