Greetings...

I woke up this morning and it seemed like something had died in my mouth.  It was by far the foulest mouth I have had since beginning the cleanse.  I can only attribute it to the fact that more and more toxins are being eliminated from my body.  I need to head out this morning and buy more lemons and water.  I still am not sure how long I am going to continue this cleanse.  My original plan was 14 days with the hope of going 21 days.  I am almost certain at this point that I will go at least 21 days and I am hoping that I have the mental will power to go 30 days.  Anyway, I don't want to get ahead of myself so I think I'll just take it a day at a time.  I am still seeing rather large amounts of gunk being eliminated as a result of the cayenne and lax tea, so I figure that I still have a ways to go.

At some point in our lives, many of us find ourselves overcome with the desire to become better people. While we are all uniquely capable of navigating this world, we may nonetheless feel driven to grow, expand, and change. This innate need for personal expansion can lead us down many paths as we develop within the context of our individual lives. Yet the initial steps that can put us on the road to evolution are not always clear. We understand that we want to be better but have no clear definition of “better.” To ease this often frustrating uncertainty, we can take small steps, keeping our own concept of growth in mind rather than allowing others to direct the course of our journey. And we should accept that change won’t happen overnight—we may not recognize the transformations taking place within us at first.  As I endeavor to develop myself further, I can take pride not only in my successes, but also in the fact that I am cultivating consciousness within myself through my choices, actions, and behaviors.

Peace and happiness
