Lots of Gunk Being Eliminated

Greetings...

My energy levels are way up today and I am feeling great.  Yesterday, I upped my intake of 90,000 cayenne to one teaspoon per lemonade.  I had to cut back to a heaping half-teaspoon after the first three drinks.  For some reason, I was experiencing abdominal cramps, much like when I first started drinking smooth move.  Additionally, I was passing lots of air yesterday, not gas, just air.  I am not really sure what is going on inside of me, but it seems to be something intense.  At 3 am, the cayenne and lax tea conspired against me once again and I found myself in the bathroom for about 20 minutes.  I eliminated a larger amount of gunk than normal.  This was the first indication that the increased amount of cayenne was indeed working.  When I went back to bed, I have to admit I had a bit of butt burn but it subsided after a few minutes.  Now for the more amazing news of the day.  When I awoke at around 7:30, I went downstairs and did my new and improved SWF.  Within 10 minutes I was having eliminations.  My first BM was not the normal butt pee and contained a lot of gunk.  I had seven more BMs and all of them had large amounts of old diseased toxic fecal matter.  My only conclusion is that the cramps I was experiencing yesterday had to be the cayenne doing its work on my intestines and colon.  I have decided that today I will alternate between 1 teaspoon and a heaping one-half teaspoon per drink.  I really am curious if I will continue to see as much gunk expelled from my body.  The only downside to all this is the cramps, but if it means cleaning my bowels out as much as possible, it's worth it.  I am drinking lots of water, which I hope will help with that issue.  Anyway, I felt I should definitely share this bit of news with you chili heads out there.
