Counting my blessings

Greetings...

Yesterday was absolutely wonderful.  I felt incredible, partly because I had overcome my intense desires to eat but mostly because the Master Cleanse is doing what it does best, clearing the body of toxins.  I actually made it through the night without having to get up at 3 am due to the cayenne and lax tea.  That was rather nice.  That all kicked in around 6 and again at 7:30 this morning.  I am still moving quite a bit of gunk out of my system with the morning BMs.  The cayenne is really doing the trick.  I am up to a heaping 1/2 teaspoon of the 90,000 cayenne, and have amped up to one full teaspoon as of today.  I was able to get the lemonade down this morning without any difficulty at all.  I am going to stick to the one teaspoon per drink dosage for about three days, and may increase the amount again after that.  I'll see how my body reacts to 6-7 teaspoons of cayenne a day first.

I'm going to do some baking today for my kids, who have recently turned nine and seven.  It is hard for me to believe that I have been doing the single dad thing for three years now. My how time flies.  Anyway, it is not fair to deprive them of the holiday goodies just because I am cleansing. They are such wonderful children and I am truly fortunate to have them in my life full-time.  I suspect I will have to freeze a bit of the treats for me to sample sometime after I finish cleansing.  After all, I must maintain quality control.     ;-)
