Day 4...Contract for change by seunim .....

Our decisions ultimately are our own.

Greetings...

It is day four and things are moving along quite nicely.  Yesterday proved to be a breeze, despite my worries about the widely documented day three struggles.  So far I have not experienced and ill-effects, sometimes associated with the release of toxins.  This is definitely a plus.  However, the cayenne and smooth move tea seem to have decided that 3 am will be the time that major eliminations will take place.  Once again, I was in the bathroom, half-asleep, disposing of accumulated gunk.  I was not really able to get back off to sleep after that so I'm a bit tired this morning, but I'll make it.  Doing the MC at work yesterday was no where as difficult as I had built it up in my mind to be.  In fact, it wasn't hard at all.  With each passing day, I find this becoming much easier and I am starting to feel much more balanced.

Our decisions in life, what we change about ourselves and how we choose to react, are no one's responsibility but our own. But because the mind often rebels against what we know in our souls to be positive changes, putting a plan of improvement or action can be difficult.  Having made a contract with myself this time around has helped tremendously.  The contract is between me and myself and is a guide, a motivator, a means to enact self-improvement, and a way of making peace with myself.  By understanding that my life is made up of parts that belong to an interconnected whole, changing one thing can change everything. Because of this, small changes often have a big effect.

Peace and happiness
