Day 2...Willpower Kicking In by seunim .....

It is by will alone that I set my mind in motion.

Greetings...

I have to admit that day one this time around was a bit more difficult then before, but I made it.  It probably didn't help that I had a large pot of red beans with ham hocks and sausage simmering on the stove most of the afternoon.  My kids love red beans and rice and they still need to eat.

I drank six lemonades yesterday and was content with that amount.  I started with about 1/8 of a teaspoon of the high powered cayenne, but by the fourth drink I was up to 1/4 teaspoon.  It caused a bit of heartburn but quickly subsided.  As Zoe likes to say, the lemonade is merely a delivery device for the cayenne.  The cayenne is what loosens the old fecal matter from your colon and the morning SWF along with the lax tea at night, helps to eliminate it from your body.  I also had a peppermint tea around 6 pm but wasn't overly satisfied with that.  I may skip that today.  I didn't drink the peppermint tea last time around so it's a new experience.  Before bed I also had my smooth move tea.  I didn't experience any crampping despite the fact I steeped the tea about 15 minutes.  I spelt like a rock last night, the best sleep I've had in a while. This mornings altered SWF was again a success, with perhaps six eliminations.

Even though yesterday was a struggle, I'm hanging in there.  Today already seems to be much easier, and once I get past tomorrow, the dreaded third day, it should be fairly smooth sailing.

It's not that some people have willpower and some don't.
It's that some people are ready to change and others are not.
