Today begins the one week heavy metal detox.

Greetings...

I decided to move the start date of my heavy metal detox protocol to today instead of tomorrow.  The product I am using is Heavy Metal Nano-Detox.  It is a nanized Chlorelle tincture for deep-seated, heavy metal detox and whole body cleansing.  It calls for 1/2 teaspoon with water or juice twice a day.  The smell and taste is rather strong, but when mixed with lemon water, it is hardly noticeable.  I will do the heavy metal detox for the next seven days.

I also decided to resume my parasite cleanse today.  I have decided to use 30 drops three times a day mixed with lemon water, rather than the 20 drops I was previously taking.  I'll keep you posted on the results.  Frankly, I don't expect the same dramatic results that I experienced prior to doing the master cleanse, but who knows.  If anything, I think I will start to see some kind of results within a day or two. 

Even though I have finished my first master cleanse, I am still cleansing and will be for some time I suspect.  It's a beautiful day so I'm going to get some sun and fill the kiddie pool for my kids to play in this afternoon.  I wish my fellow cleansers a super day.
