Human beings are very much like drops of water in an endless ocean.

Greetings…

It’s the first day of my extension, and frankly, I feel I am finely experiencing some physical detox.  Since last night and into this morning, I was feeling kind of crappy, however, as I type this, I am feeling much better.  Yesterday I was bloated and retaining water for some reason.  I drank my usual quantity of lemonade and lots of water, but I just wasn’t eliminating any of it.  I drank the lax tea in the morning (9 am) instead of the SWF, as I am currently alternating between the two, but didn’t have a BM until 7:30 pm.  I always steep the tea at least 15 minutes so it was strong.  Anyway, I had another tea before bed and was off to sleep fairly quickly.  I must have woke up and had to go to the bathroom and pee at least eight times and then at 4 am, another large bowel movement of diseased gunk.  This morning, despite the fact I was still feeling a bit lethargic, I was no longer bloated and actually down another two pounds.  Go figure.

The good news is I received my turbo charged cayenne this morning (90,000 h.u.) so we’ll see how that goes today along with my now normal routine to assist in the elimination process.  I’ll let you know tomorrow how it’s working out.  I also went out this morning and got some chocolate smooth move.  Yummy…thanks Zoe.    On a side not, I love to cook and own over 200 cookbooks.  A note of caution!!!  Do not read cookbooks when on the cleanse.  I thought for sure I was going to lose it last night while perusing a cookbook of pasta sauces.  I had to put the book away and go take a shower.  LOL   It worked.   Have a great day my fellow self-healers and cleansers.  Life truly is a beautiful thing.

 Self-Worth

Though much of who and what we are changes as we journey through life, our inherent worth remains constant. While the term self-worth is often used interchangeably with self-esteem, the two qualities are inherently different. Self-esteem is the measure of how you feel about yourself at a given moment in time. Your worth, however, is not a product of your intelligence, your talent, your looks, your good works, or how much you have accomplished. Rather it is immeasurable and unchanging manifestation of your eternal and infinite oneness with the universe. It represents the cornerstone of the dual foundations of optimism and self-belief. Your worth cannot be taken from you or damaged by life's rigors, yet it can easily be forgotten or even actively ignored. By regularly acknowledging your self-worth, you can ensure that you never forget what an important, beloved, and special part of the universe you are.

Human beings are very much like drops of water in an endless ocean. Our worth comes from our role as distinct individuals as well as our role as an integral part of something larger than ourselves. Simply awakening to this concept can help you rediscover the copious and awe-inspiring worth within each and every one of us.

 Peace and happiness
