Greetings…

Well I think I’ve finally hit the zone that I’ve read so much about.  I feel incredible.  I have absolutely no food cravings.  In fact, I don’t think of food at all.  I have great energy and my mind is as clear as it has ever been.  I wish I had discovered this cleanse years ago, but I somehow believe it was not meant to be until recently.  Life has a way of revealing things when the time is right.

Once again, the smooth move lax tea went through me much quicker then normal.  I was up around 4 am and I had an absolutely huge bowel movement.  It was literally a mudslide.  It was by far the largest movement since I began the cleanse.  Not only was to huge, it was really rancid smelling.  It is just amazing to me that there is still all this diseased gunk in my body after seven days of not eating and doing a two week colon cleanse prior to that.  The only thing I can figure is that yesterday, I pulled out my mother’s mini-trampoline and was jumping on that throughout the day, 100 jumps at a time, and I also worked the abs quite a bit yesterday.  This, coupled with the amount of cayenne I am taking in per drink, (I’m up to ¾ tsp per drink), must have really loosened that gunk up inside of me.  One thing for sure, I am going to continue with the trampoline and abdominal workout.

Since yesterday, I have also been expelling a lot of mucous from my chest and lungs.  Again, the only thing I can figure is that the cayenne is loosening up all this stuff.  I am still waiting for the turbo charged cayenne to show up from FedEx.  Hopefully today.  I have also opted for the next few days to alternate the lax tea and SWF in the morning.  So far, I have done the SWF religiously every morning, but today I did the lax tea and will do the SWF tomorrow morning.  I’ll go that route for the next four days and see how things go.  I also ordered a skin brush yesterday and am going to try skin brushing once I receive it.  I’ve done quite a bit of reading on the subject and it sounds like something that may benefit me.  The link for the forum here at the cure zone is http://curezone.com/forums/f.asp?f=100154.  Thanks Zoe for bringing this to my attention.

 People That Support Us

Behind each of us stands at least one supporter. This was once thought to be the spouse who ran the home while leaving the other spouse free to work. While this is still one valid scenario, most of us will find that we have other kinds of supporters in our lives. In some cases, our supporters are the people whose help allows us to do the things we're best at, see to our obligations, or pursue or dreams. In other cases, our support may come from the people who are there to help us through life's challenges by offering us their strength and bolstering our spirit.

As we take the time to acknowledge everyone that has every supported us, we can't help but feel grateful. Understanding our place in our human support system helps us see that just as there are people that support us, we are a supporter to many people. By gratefully accepting the expertise and assistance of our supporters, we can consciously and more easily build a life that we love. We all need each other's support to thrive in this world.

Peace and happiness

Seunim
