Greetings...

Day seven and going strong.  Last night, I drank my smooth move lax tea around 11 pm, just prior to going to bed.  I don't know what the heck happened, but I was up at 3 am, and again at 3:30 expelling that putrid gunk that is still inside of me.   The lax tea usually doesn't kick in until around 6 am.  No worries however.  Last night and this morning, I am passing alot of mucoid plaque.  I think the increase in cayenne is starting to pay off.  I am up to a heaping 1/2 teaspoon.  However, I am still waiting for the turbo charged cayenne (90,000 c.u.) to arrive.  I suspect I am really going to see some action then.

I'm at my parents house vacationing and it is just my Dad and I that are currently here.  My mom and my kids went down to Orange County to visit my sister for nine days.  This is a good thing as I needed a break from parenting and it gives me a chance to really focus on the healing process.  My Dad keeps asking me how I'm doing.  He can't believe that I'm fasting in the first place, much less that I'm doing it for 10 days.  When I told him this morning that I am going to go at least 15 days now, he just sit in his chair and shook his head.  He can't understand how I'm not hungry and not eating.  I tried to explain it to him but gave up as he didn't seem too receptive.  Oh well, at least he's going to begin a parasite cleanse along with my mother starting this week.  Anyway. happy Sunday to all my fellow cleansers and self-healers out there.

Honoring Your Body

Our physical body is an amazing, beautiful machine with the ability to perform incredible feats, heal itself, and serve us well into our later years. When we honor our body, we honor that which created us. We honor the divine. Therefore, it's important to appreciate, nurture, and respect our bodies.

Honor your body by thanking it for it all its does for you. No matter what shape your body is in, it has served you well for many years. Even if you'd rather be thinner, more muscular, or even taller, be grateful for the body you have. Everyday, give yourself a pat on the back that you can walk, talk, laugh, dance, sing, all the things that you might take for granted.

Your body will tell you what it needs if you just listen. At times, your mind and emotions may be confused, but your body doesn't lie. Pay attention to what feels good and bad and how your body reacts to certain situations and people. Generally when your body feels light, things are right. When you feel tense and uneasy, there's a reason.

Peace and happiness
