Day 4...a calm detachment

Greetings...

It's day four and things are going well.  I have been sleeping incredibly well the last week, since doing my first liver flush and subsequently beginning the master cleanse.  In the past few years, I have generally averaged 6-7 hours of sleep per night.  The last week, I have been sleeping about 10 hours per night.  This is just another indication to me that my body is going about healing itself.

If you read my post from yesterday, you will remember that I have increased the amount of cayenne pepper I use per drink from 1/4 teaspoon to 1/2 teaspoon.  I suffered no ill effects to my stomach yesterday but did have a bit of burning this morning when I had my pre-salt water flush bowel movement at 5:30 am.  The burning sensation lasted only a few minutes and then went away and that was it.  During that bowel movement, I was able to expel even more of that rancid, diseased fecal matter that has been festering inside of my body.  It is so disgusting but I am so happy to get that mud out of me.

A couple of day four observations.  First, my breath is just plain disgusting.  It is just another sign that toxins are being put out of me.  My tounge doesn't have a thick white coating, not yet anyway.  The second thing is that I am able to breath again at night when sleeping.  The last several years, I have had to use nasal strips, saline spray, and sometimes nasal spray at night, just so I could breath while sleeping.  This didn't always work.  I suspect that was why I was only able to get 6-7 hours of sleep each night.  Since doing my first liver flush and subsequently beginning the master cleanse, my sinus/breathing problem has completely cleared up and I am breathing normally again while sleeping.  I am kind of bummed however as yesterday and today has been overcast and I haven't been able to do any sun bathing.  I really enjoy that part of the day.  Oh well, maybe tomorrow.  I am still doing yoga everyday as well as situps to tighten up the abs.  I am going to stick to the six lemonades I have been drinking per day as that seems to be the right amount for me.  In addition, I am drinking about four quarts of water everyday in order to keeping everything flowing out of me properly.  To my fellow cleansers out there, have a great a productive day.

A Calm Detachment

When we choose to keep a detached, calm attitude, regardless of external circumstances, we gain greater control over our emotional responses and create a sense of inner peace and serenity.

Letting our thoughts work against us creates more stress. Instead, we can choose to adopt a mind-set of calm, detached peace and remain in control of our day. While outer circumstances can be upsetting or stressful, they can only affect us on a deep level if we allow them to.

At any moment in life, we can choose our own attitude, and our attitude will then affect the circumstances surrounding us. By choosing to remain detached and calm, we can turn a stressful day into a serene one and retain our sense of inner peace and balance.

Peace and happiness
