Two days until the Master Cleanse begins.

Greetings...

Wow, what a beautiful day in Washington State.  I spent the majority of the day at my parents second home on Camano Island helping my dad knock down about three weeks of growth on their property, about two acres worth.  What a chore but it was good to be in touch with nature.  They have so many magnificant trees on their property.  It truely was a great day.

Yesterday, I continued to pass a small amount of stones up until bedtime.  I took some Oxypowder caps before turning in and passed a few more this morning, but by noon, that was it.  The liver flush was a great success and I plan to do another in about three weeks time, after coming off the Master Cleanse.  Speaking of the MC, I will begin the cleanse on Monday.  Perhaps some others out there will be beginning about the same time.  I am sure that I will need some support to get through this.  Your input is always welcome.  I will go to Costco tomorrow and buy two bulk bags of lemons.  Hopefully that will hold me for awhile.  I already have my 64 oz jug of grade B organic maple syrup and the cayenne, so I am basically set to go.  I plan to do a walk in the morning and about an hour of yoga in the afternoon, as well as about an hour of sunbathing.  I had forgotten how much I enjoyed sunbathing, as it has been perhaps seven or eight years since I've done it.  The sun truely is a joyous thing.  I really feel great today, the best I have felt in such a long time.  My divorce and doing the single dad thing the last few years has really taken a toll on me both emotionally and physically.  I really needed to do all of what I am doing.  I wish you all a great weekend.
