The results from my first ever liver flush.

Date:   6/30/2006 11:21:50 AM ( 18 y ago)

WoooHooo!!!  I did it and what a success.  Although I am not completely done as I type this, as I took my third epsom salt mixture at 8 am and will do my last at 10 am.  I suspect I will be seeing results for the remainder of the day.

Yesterday I ate half a cantalope, two bananas, and a nectarine, in addition to 3200 mg of Malic acid.  I stopped eating at 1:30 pm but continued to drink as much water as possible up until 5:30 pm, as I have heard that the epsom salts can be dehydrating.  At 6 pm, I drank my first epsom salt mixture (with water) followed by the second at 8 pm.  At 9:45 pm I prepared 1/2 cup olive oil with 3/4 cup fresh squeezed pink grapefruit juice.  I also added 20 drops of the Clarkia parasite tincture, about a teaspoon of tumeric and a teaspoon of powdered ginger to the flush mixture as well.  If you're a newbie like me and would like more information on Dr. Hulda Clark's liver flush protocal, the URL is: http://curezone.com/clark/liver.asp

At about 9:55 pm, I forced myself to go to the bathroom, and had a very small bowel movement.  I then went to my bedside and drank the olive oil/grapefruit mixture down in about six or seven gulps.  It wasn't exactly pleasant tasting, but it wasn't as bad as the epsom salt drink.  I also took six Ornithine caps to help me sleep, but now that I look back, I don't know if I really needed them.  After drinking the mixture, I immediately got into bed and chewed on a piece of crystallized ginger to get the taste out of my mouth.  Immediately after laying down, I started to hear all these weird gurgling and rumbling sounds coming from my stomach and liver area.  It kind of freaked me out, but I was experiencing no pain or nausea.  At 1005 pm, I felt the extreme need to get to the restroom for a bowel movement, but knew I needed to remain still for at least 20 minutes.  I held out until 1045 pm, at which time, wooooshhhh, out came a huge very foul smelling bowel movement, completely liquid.  From what I have read, it seems as if it was old built up bile and toxins.  After that I was fine and went back to bed and to sleep immediately.

At 3:45 am I awoke I had my first BM.  It actually produced a small number of stones, but the BM I had at 4 am hit the jackpot.  It was a large BM and must have produced around 200 stones of various sizes, the largest being almost the size of a dime.  I went back to sleep and woke again at 8 am, drank my third epsom salt mixture, and have had four BMs since then, all producing between 50 and 100 stones.  These are just estimates as I am not going to peer into the toilet and count stones, but since 3:45 this morning, I suspect I have passed around 400 stones.  As it is only 9:20 am as I type this, I am sure there are more to come.  I will update later today about the remainder of my day and its success.

Bottom line, despite my apprehension, I went through with the liver flush with great success.  Granted, the epsom salt drink tastes terrible, but it didn't make me gag or anything.  The same holds true for the olive oil/grapefruit mixture.  I suffered no nausea or reflux.  In fact this morning, I feel pretty good, with no noticeable soreness in my liver area.  I will take three Milk Thistle caps today, just as a precaution and to help heal the liver after the flush.  Man I'm happy.

Mindfulness is the aware, balanced acceptance of the present experience.
It isn't more complicated that that.
It is opening to or recieving the present moment, pleasant or unpleasant, just as it is, without either clinging to it or rejecting it.
