no cravings - what a surprise!!!

This morning I woke up late for a meeting and missed my SWF. I drank 8 oz. of Lemonade and went about my business. Normally on a sunday morning I would be craving eggs and bacon and today, nothing. This is pretty awesome, no cravings at all. I had a little cramping last night cause I drank some smooth move before bed at around 9:00. I went to bet after 1:00 am cause of the cramping. Not much stuff coming out. I wonder why. Could I be filled with parasites?

I got home today at around 12:30pm. I had about 4 (8 oz.) lemonade glasses since and it's 7pm. I will have one more for the night and a cup of SM. I had some more cramping today but not much BM. This is kind of upsetting.

I was able to cook a full delicious dinner for my husband and daughter and my sister and her husband ate some delicious Cuban food in front of me. Aside from that everyone was talking about food that I just love and guess what. NO CRAVINGS!!!! This is really good. I find other people's blogs very supportive. My husband has been awesome this time around. Last time he sabotaged me with Chinese Buffet. That was just wrong. This time he's just the greatest.

I might just at a drop of Black Walnut Hull Tincture to my water tonight to see if anything gets moving tomorrow morning. I'll drink a SWF when I get up and I will try to get out of the house cause staying home makes me hungry.
