30 day Ultimate Cleanse - Day 1 - Master Cleanse, Parasite, Liver Flush

Today starts the first day of my 30 day Ultimate Cleanse. I will do 14 days of Master Cleanse with the Lemonade drink. 14 days of Hulda Clark's Parasite Cleanse with Clarkia tincture and 2 Liver Flushes.

So far I have purchased the following for my cleanses:

32 fl. oz. Grade B. Maple Syrup - $12.99
16 big lemons - $8.00
(I have cayenne pepper on hand)
Smooth Move Tea - $4.69
Goodnite Cleanse Tea - $2.50
Sea Salt - $1.99

Parasite Cleanse -
2 oz. Clarkia - Black Walnut Hull, Wormwood and Clove Tincture - $38.00 (s&h incl.)
This covers 4 treatments

I will have to purchase later on:
Olive oil
Grapefruits
more lemons, and maple syrup

This will not be my first attempt at the Master Cleanse. I did it for 3 days last month and failed miserably THE FIRST DAY. I had no will power. This time I am confident I will complete my program. After the 14 days of the cleanse I will start with 2 days of juice/broth and then the rest of the total 30 days I will abstain from red meat, pork and chicken. Only fish three times a week. I will also abstain from any white bread and white rice to see if my yeast infections clear up.

Day 1 -

Last night I drank goodnite cleanse tea. This morning I drank 1 tsp of seasalt in 4 oz. of water and drank another 28 oz. of water. I went running to the bathroom about 1 hour later. So far so good today. I was able to resist the temptation of eating Popeyes chicken and fries with my husband and my daughter by BLOGGING. Thanks Blog. I just keep focusing on a clean body and mind. I just had a baby 5 months ago and I feel more toxic than ever.
