Eating--good! Daytime hours fasting (juice/tea/water)--awesome!! Day for family shooting? Hmmmmmmm......
My two year old pooped out after one hour so we retreated to the minivan and watched Nemo (again). This was a great day for my husband, and at the end of the day it was meant for him. He gives alot, asks for little, and this was his dream day!
Not much else. The sun is shining, my funk is lifting, and the yoga is good. Feeling good about myself, life, and those sharing it with me. Works for me. Works really well for me.
Need to read a new book. Need to work on my personal trainer cert. Need to move on to the next thing, or at least get ready to. Good to have goals......

Thought I'd add a wee bit to this. Something about me: almost 40, 4 kids whom I adore, great husband. We are a military family, and while it's good, it's also interesting because we move around some. Right now we're on our 'retirement tour' and wondering what will be next. So, as I kind of could be called the typical California girl (grew up there), we live in Florida and I"m married to my Okie guy! My youngest talks with a twang, my daughter is somewhere in the middle, and my oldest has bleach blonde hair and likes to surf! My middle son has 'issues' and it's enough that he has his own stuff:-) The funny part about not living in the region your from is that people usually don't 'get' you. I color my hair, and the comments are so funny as the color changes. I like/love to exercise and change it up--funny looks most of the time. We are a Jesus centered family--not just Sunday mornings....I won't go to far on that one. I like raw/steamed/vegetable based foods.....I now live in the South (dear Wild Oats Market.......come to Northern Florida, we need you!) and am learning about how to fry food (I actually just watch and stand there in awe.). But mostly I get strange looks and most just stay away. It's making it hard to make friends, but then again, I'm all about family! That's a tad about me.

My current eating: I am totally succeeding at juice/water/tea/tad bit coffee from 8pm-ish until 2-3pm the next day. Followed by salad, followed by healthy meal and maybe some light dessert. This totally is working for me. I'm losing about a ## a day right now and am hoping that slows some. I'd like to do this forever! That's the goal. Life change, not just dieting.
Okay, now I really have to go to bed. It's late and I"ve got things to teach tomorrow (1st Timothy chapter 1).
