On the eve of the master cleanse I reflect on the fact that I don't understand liberals.

Looking forward to tomorrow and getting things underway. Had a little trouble eating today because I had no appetite, probably because I am so excited about the Master Cleanse. Basically had one small meal at dinner time, and that was it for the day. Don't know if that is good or bad, I just didn't feel like eating.

Went to an organic foods outlet to pick up the Grade B Maple Syrup. It was my first time ever in this type of store. A few days ago I would have probably starved to death if I was forced to buy my food there. Tree-hugging hippie types crack me up. They go to great lengths to try to save the earth. This store had recylcled toilet paper, napkins, garbage bags, ziploc bags, etc. The works. Its just funny to me that they have no problem asking the customer to pay $6.00 for 4 rolls of recycled toilet paper or $11.00 for 12.5 oz. of maple syrup. They want to make the world a better, safer, cleaner, and equally fair place. But can ask you to pay $2.50 for a single pesticide-free lemon. Doesn't seem to jive with me, I don't know.

Anyway, I drank the Senna tea at about 10:30pm. I will get up extra early tomorrow for the salt water chug. I want to leave myself enough time in the am before work for what I hope will be a thunderous bowell movement.

Start off the next 10 days with a bang.
