Aunt Flo shows up!

Of course, any time you have your menstrual cycle during the Master Cleanse, it is not especially fun since the usual *reward* for fertility in my house is a box of chocolates! No more bowls of ice cream to soothe my cramps, and no aspirin to curb any hormonal dumping!

So, what to do when you decide to do a 30 day cleanse and you know the Crimson Tide will show sometime??



Hot water bottles are a blessing if your cramping gets unbearable. A lovely soak in hot water is great for an all-over feeling of relief. If migraines are an issue for you, ice packs can be beneficial and use of essential oils or massage can further your comfort level.



Today, I will try a new product I have been waiting for my cycle to start to try out! It is called Instead~~
