The Universe brought some powerful messages my way today that are rawking my world:

From the book "Cleanse and Purify Thyself - Book 2" BY RICHARD ANDERSON

p. 193
"Too bad we were never taught that our outer lives are nothing but a reflecion of our inner selves. Too bad we were not taught how to think and feel in ways that would bring us joy, success, and Love. Oh yes, we were told to Love God, but we didn't realize that God was everywhere, even in our friends and enemies. Yes, were told to Love our enemies, but we didn't realize that we were our own worst enemy. Yes, we were even told to Love Ourselves, but we didn't spend the time to discover who or what we were. Now some of us even think that we ARE the black cats that we created. Some even think that we are our bodies or minds. Imagine not even knowing what we are! We even fail to see that we truly ARE the sweet, innocent, beautiful child. We are children of the Universe, who are forever and ever, who never die. but only change forms, and have the power to be like Angels in Heaven. Yet, because of the way we direct our attention, we create undesirable emotions. This forces us to become caught into our own personal selves, and that means forget who and what we are."

p. 195 [...] To acquire the fulll benefits of an ideal cleansing program, we need to know how (while we are cleansing) to extract and replace the mental and emotional substance that has interfered with our goals in life.

The book then gives instructions on how to process the emotional cleansing that accompanies fasting, and how to set new goals. This is what I call spider medicine, because it requires leaping forward in time and spinning---out of the silken threads of your own imagination---that which you wish to create. A spider leaps out into space, trusting for a landing space, trailing her silken line behind her, as she builds the foundational structure of each new creation (web).

p. 205 [...] I challenge everyone reading these words to practice gratitude, appreciation and nonjudgement, for these bring forth Love like nothing else does.

One page 206-7, the following story has one the greatest keys i've ever found, a shining gem that has the power to radically change the lives of all who use it:

"Several year ago, my friend Dr. Bernard Jensen came to visit me while I was in Tucson. We spent four hours talking about health and the mind. He told me the following story that I think the world should hear. 'Many years ago, when I was still a young man, there were rumors that the Virgin Mary had been appearing at Fatima, and that many people were being healed. I wanted to see if this were true, so I went there. While I was there, there was also another doctor visiting, a very famous doctor, one who had won a Nobel prize. Dr. Alexis Carrell had received the Nobel prize for proving that the cell, when properly nourished and cleansed, was essentially immortal. He was conducting a study to try and determine why some people were being healed and others were not. For there had been thousands of people who traveled there for healings. Some poeple couldn't walk, some were blind, others had incurable dis-eases. Only a small percentage received healings, and those healings were considerable, far beyond anything that science could explain.

"Dr. Carrell had designed a questionnnaire that had more than a hundred questions. He gave this questionnaire to everyone who received a healing; and apparently there were hundreds. There was one question that everyone answered with the same response. That question was: What were you thinking when your received the healing? Now get this, for this is important. Thousands of people asked for a healing, only a small percentage got a healing. Everyone who got a healing answered this one question with the exact same answer. 'What were you thinking when you received the healing?' The answer was 'I was praying for someone else to be healed.'"

WOW.

I'm just taking this in. Herein lies a powerful secret of our vastness, perhaps the secret recipe that unlocks awesome power within ourselves to create the changes we want to see in the world ....

Perhaps before our Power is fully restored, we must rise to the frequency beyond selfishness, beyond self-obsession, and truly pray for others. Perhaps the very act of GETTING to this place in our evolution --- where we CAN truly do this with unconditional love, moves us to the place beyond the duality of me/you, us/them, well/sick and the entire illusory choice to suffer.
