A historic cold weather outbreak shattered records this morning in Charlotte and elsewhere in the Carolinas, producing bone-chilling conditions for Easter sunrise services.

While In Boston Snow canceled a Red Sox game as USA braces for coldest April in History. Nancy Pelosi blames it on global warming

Cleveland Indian Seattle Mariners game also snowed out
