blessed...

I feel so cherished and blessed..

I had a wonderful sunny day here in north India..i went this afternoon to receive some high Lama blessing and it's been so nice...i feel so happy now, more than i have in days..

No headache so far, 2 glasses of juice, at 10 this morning an apple/orange/lemon/carrot and at 6 tonight a beet/carrot/orange/lemon...beautiful!
These are actually the only fruits/veggies we can get here juiced....better the nothing..i think i'll soon miss some green ones though...maybe i can make a deal with the restaurant..i'll check that out :)))
I have walked a bit too, 2 kms this am and some more this afternoon, feeling good :)))

Tomorrow should be nice too, sunny
Im planning on having some nice meeting..very nice...:))) and maybe going to see some Tibetan Opera festival..it's a nice walk too to get to the place where it happens :)))

I had also some nice fresh mint tea, well, hot mint actually, no tea, and some hot ginger too..love it :)))

My mind has already been quite clear as i've been studying few hours today too, waoooo, i have the feeling i am going to enjoy this fast very very much!!!
I havent had any temptation to eat at all today...so far ..:)))
