Day 3 of my master cleanse

It seems those first two days were a freebie. . . I can't get food off my mind. What I want to eat, what other people are eating, anything about food fascinates. Went to Wild Oats (like Whole Foods) and picked up some Bentonite and more syrup. Drank the bentonite with some Psyllium husks and I can't wait to see what happens. I've been looking at some blogs of people who have done this and can't say that I am having a similar experience. I haven't had any acne yet or terrible body odor or even the tongue coating that I have been reading about. Maybe tomorrow.

Today's Poop

Read a great blog by two young people that gave me confidence. One was really in depth and the other had a great description of the stages of the cleanse.

I was really tired and out of it today perhaps from lack of sleep but I don't know. I just can't do the salt water flush in the morning what with work and all so I am taking the Psyllium and Bentonite instead. I hope that works as well and then I'll do the salt water flushes at weekends. Was a little sensitive and judgmental today. Surely that was toxins leaving my body. anywho.
Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
